When will my order ship?
All orders will be shipped within 1-4 business days depending on your location.
During the summer, candles are shipped between Mon-Wed.
How do I check the status of my order?
When you place an order, you will receive an email with your order number and then tracking information when the printing label is shipped.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If you’ve received an item that was damaged during transit, please contact us via our online form within 24 hours.
Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us within 24 hours via email at info@Almaiya.com if you wish to make a cancellation.
CANDLE CARE
How often do I trim the wick?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch each time before you light your candle.
Where are these candles made?
Our candles are hand poured in New York, USA.
How long can I burn the candles for?
Try not to burn your candles for more than 4 hours at a time. It reduces the life of the candle and can get too hot to the touch. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children and pets.
What do I do with the candle jar after it's used?
Our candle jars are recyclable. You can also reuse them as pen holders, planters, etc.
Are your products non toxic?
Yes! All of our products were formulated carefully using non toxic ingredients. This includes no parabens or phthalates.
