SHIPPING & PROCESSING
When will my order ship?
Our products are thoughtfully made, and most orders are ready to ship within 2 to 4 business days. For larger orders over $200, production may take a little longer, with a timeline of 5 to 7 business days.
While we do our best to provide accurate delivery estimates, shipping times are ultimately in the hands of our carriers. Most domestic orders arrive within 2-8 business days after leaving our facility. Please note that unexpected delays beyond our control may happen, and we’re unable to offer refunds for such delays. For bulk orders, you may receive your items in multiple packages.
How do I check the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number. We'll send tracking details as soon as your shipping label is created.
What is your return policy?
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 3 business days, and we’ll quickly arrange a replacement.
Completed Orders: Once an order is placed, cancellations aren't possible. If there are any issues or discrepancies, contact our support team.
Can I cancel my order?

How often do I trim the wick?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch each time before you light your candle.
Where are these candles made?
Our candles are hand poured in New York, USA.
How long can I burn the candles for?
Try not to burn your candles for more than 4 hours at a time. It reduces the life of the candle and can get too hot to the touch. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep away from children and pets.
What do I do with the candle jar after it's used?
Our candle jars are recyclable. You can also reuse them as pen holders, planters, etc.
Are your products non toxic?
Yes! All of our products were formulated carefully using non toxic ingredients. This includes no parabens or phthalates.
